Job Description:

Ten year, $100 million dollar commercial GC looking for construction superintendents. Experience in commercial construction a must. Ideally 2+ years remodeling of skilled nursing/retirement facilities, along with 5+ years of commercial construction/remodeling as super-PM. Should be ready to start within 7 days.Responsible for:--- Production
--- Scheduling
--- Supervision, project, schedule, sub-contractors--- Daily oversight of entire construction job site
--- Supervise all sub-contractors on assigned projects
--- Assure work quality meets expectations
--- Assure sub-contractors have all materials needed to keep production flowing
--- Receive material deliveries and assure there are no discrepancies

Abilities, skills required:
--- Experience in commercial--- Previous project management is preferred.
--- Ability in problem-solving
--- Strong sense of urgency
--- Professional with a positive attitude!
--- Excellent organizational skills.
--- Computer Literate and general office skills
--- OSHA safety trained* Self-motivated and confident.
--- Strong communication skills.--- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.Required:Valid DL, reliable transportation, good driving record, able to pass normal pre-employment testing, including background check.
