Description: Senior Financial Analyst, International FP&A With limited supervision, the Senior Financial Analyst, International FP&A provides accurate budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting that supports management decision-making for our international business. This position will interact frequently with foreign senior leadership and provide and gather support for business decision making. This position may interact with the direct supervisor several times a week to receive guidance and feedback. Increasing degrees of autonomy and decision making will be necessary but may require supervisor's advanced approval. This position will interact regularly with executive leadership. Must have demonstrable experience in: Financial acumen, Advanced analytic ability, cross-functional collaboration ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare P&L analysis & summaries to support key financial assumptions; structure analysis to provide sensitivities for key assumptions
• Analyze data, report on key operational / financial metrics & provide recommendations to enhance financial and operational performance of the business
• Develop & deliver thorough, executive-level presentations on aforementioned analysis
• Assists in the development of business integration and financial models with a special focus on GME's international business
• Facilitate prompt turn-around to support various strategy and transaction requirements
• Supports process improvement of model user tools
• Develop positive working relationships with GME internal partners and external vendors to maintain an open environment for collaboration
• Act as a support mechanism for the international teams through systems, business / analytical support and as a trusted advisor REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelors degree with a regionally accredited program or 7+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years for educational equivalency
  • Demonstrable expertise in financial analytics that present relevant, timely business projections and processes in a concise manner for use by top management in decision making. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
    • Demonstrated interpersonal and project management skills
    • VBA, SQL proficiency preferred
    • Experience in Alteryx, Oracle PBCS, and Adaptive Insights preferred
