Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare federal and
international income tax returns, including Forms 5471, 8858, and
1118 Prepare Subpart F, GILTI, PTEP accounts, and foreign tax
credit calculations Assist with the development, coordination, and
implementation of international tax planning strategies while
assessing the associated costs and risks Assist in the development
and implementation of tax efficient cash repatriation strategies
Coordinate and review global transfer pricing documentation
including annual requirements, master file, local files, country by
country reporting, and analysis of new transactions Assist with the
correspondence and management of foreign tax audits and the
international tax aspects of US federal and state tax audits
Coordinate with external tax professionals in the preparation of
international income tax returns, and resolution of local country
tax issues as they arise Research, analyze, interpret, document,
and apply international tax laws and principles including the
impact of constantly changing global tax legislation and
regulations Prepare ---APB 23--- indefinite reinvestment assertion
calculation and documentation Prepare of foreign bank account
reporting (---FBAR---) on FinCEN Form 114 Continuously pursue
professional education, updates, best practice information,
professional publications, and mentoring relationships to remain
breast of tax law developments that will impact the organization
Manage relationships throughout the organization in a manner
acceptable to others and to the organization; adhere consistently

legislative influences. BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE) Bachelor---s degree with an
accredited program accounting, finance, or a related quantitative
business field required Minimum 3 years in tax with a large public
accounting firm or equivalent experience in a corporate
environment; experience in a retail business preferred but not
required CPA required Must be willing to work some weekends and
evenings as required to meet reporting deadlines MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES Expert quantitative analysis
skills, including the ability to interpret, analyze, organize, and
report financial data. Ability to meet multiple, potentially
overlapping, deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to
communicate effectively throughout the organization, including
management, co-workers and stores. Demonstrated commitment to
regulatory requirements; adheres consistently to all professional
accounting standards and practices. Proficient ability to
communicate effectively with others using spoken and written
English Proficient ability to work collaboratively with others;
conduct working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and
to the organization Proficient ability to remain effective under
stress, and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others
and to the organization Proficient knowledge of Windows-based
business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically
Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word Ability to work cooperatively

a manner acceptable to others and to the organization and
successfully develops those working for them Expert project
planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and
control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an
