Don't hesitate to take advantage of this opportunity with Robert Half!Key responsibilities- Prepare statements and reports that require utilization of a variety of sources- Reconcile discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required- Assist with general accounting tasks, including G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, and other ad hoc projects- Post financial information to journals and ledgers- Support Accounts Receivable by processing daily invoices/credit, applying cash receipts, and helping with collection of past due balances- Accurately code documents with expenditure codes and accounting codes- Assist accounts payable with vendor invoices and disbursement filing and with A/P invoice matching & filing- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned- Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred- Outstanding data entry skills- Accounts Payable (AP) experience- Procore experience- General familiarity with account reconciliation- Proficiency in Form 1099- Well-founded grasp of Sales Tax- Practical knowledge of general ledger- Solid understanding of QuickBooks- Proven knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)- AIA Billing experience preferred- Qualified in Spreadsheet and ERP system Prepare weekly draws.--- Invoice vendors--- Promptly collect payments for outstanding invoices.--- Post payments to appropriate ledger accounts--- Research and resolve accounts payable and receivable discrepancies.3.
