Please follow this link: http://interview.deephire.com/wxgController Role:The Controller is responsible for managing the company's accounting practices and policies, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of its financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Primary duties include supervision over general accountingInterpret and analyze data with ease, generate hands-on reportingEvaluate and improve systems, workflows and staff responsibilities across officesIdentify and implement integrated applications to support time, expense, and other reporting requirementsManage accounting, tax, reporting, and special project functionsExecute or review/approve all account reconciliations - cash, investments, credit, and other key accountsMonitor cash flow and prompt management on AR collections, seasonal budget management, and other goalsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate financial statementsPrepare information for outside preparation of corporate tax returnsOversee, manage, and direct all accounting and financial operations to ensure data accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulationsAd hoc reportingSupervise accounting, HR, compliance, and administrative staffEstablish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principlesProvide recommendationsImprove systems and procedures and initiate corrective actionsEnsure compliance and accuracyMeet financial accounting objectivesEstablish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactionsController Background Profile:Bachelor's degree in Accounting Advanced skills in the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Exchange, OneDrive, and ExcelAccounting software experience,Quickbooks online preferred 5+ years Accounting experienceAbility to manipulate large amounts of dataProven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulationsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to direct and supervise Features and Benefits of Client:MedicalDental, Vision Frontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
