CornerStone Staffing has teamed up with a light industrial company in Aubrey, TX to seek out a dedicated AP/AR Specialist for their front office! If you have 2-3+ years of AP/AR and QuickBooks experience, APPLY TODAY! Job Title: Accounting Specialist Location: Aubrey, TX Pay Rate: $27/hr. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM Duration: Temp to Hire Job Duties: Open purchase orders, track their shipping status, process them, and match PO to bills Complete data entry and filing [i.e. enter bills into QuickBooks, QC accounting paperwork, etc.] Open sales orders in QuickBooks Handle credit card entries Process checks weekly to ensure vendors are paid on time Review all bills for accuracy and settle any disputes or errors Organize and inventory small, electrical parts for the office. Pack and ship as needed [under 35lbs] Purchase materials, parts, and office supplies as needed Follow up and collect on past due invoices Other tasks assigned by managers Job Requirements: 2+ years of QuickBooks experience [desktop version] 2-3+ years of AP/AR experience [must have strong AP experience] Microsoft Excel experience [pivot tables required] Good attention to detail and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent Prescreening Includes: Background Check Drug Screening Interview Process Clerical Testing
