The Difference You Make:
The Dealer Commercial Services ("DCS") Risk & Control Manager
operates within the First Line of Defense and is accountable to
assist the DCS Business in driving effective and consistent
business line execution against Regulatory and Policy requirements,
and the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. They are expected to
review and evaluate business operations and risk-taking activities
as a critical business partner guiding stakeholders to best
practices and quality standards in the 1st line.

below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. - Required
Master's Degree in Accounting, Business, Statistics, Risk
Management, Information Systems, Finance, Economics or equivalent
field. - Preferred.
5+ years of work experience in Risk Management, Internal Controls,
Auditing, Credit Management, relevant line of business experience
and/or legal or regulatory experience. - Required
5+ years of people management experience. - Preferred.
Formal Credit Training or equivalent. - Preferred.
Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a
combination of work experience, training, military service, or
education.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents
the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the
annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact
compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training,
licensure and certifications and location.
Salary: $86,250 - $155,000/year
