Job Description:
Make an Impact We are seeking a detail-oriented Project
Coordinator to support our Industrial & Logistics Development team
in Dallas, TX . This role plays a critical part in keeping
development projects on time and on budget through strong
organization, financial oversight, and proactive communication.
Support Development and Project Managers with bids, contracts,
change orders, and project documentation. Enter and track contracts
and change orders within the company project management system.
Assist with budget tracking by reconciling invoices and reviewing
soft and hard cost payment applications. Coordinate vendor requests
with Accounting and maintain accurate project records. Help manage
master project timelines and monitor critical milestone dates.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners including
architects, contractors, brokers, and vendors. Identify process
improvements and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks. Assist
with special projects and additional assignments as needed. What
You Should Bring 1–3 years of real estate experience
(industrial/logistics experience a plus). Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred. Strong
organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Experience with Yardi, MRI, and/or Procore preferred. Proficiency
in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Detail-oriented,
self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment. What we offer Full Insurance benefit suite

Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar,
up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested
immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4%
contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age
and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days. Paid Time
Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay
period for a total of 17 days per year. 11 Paid Holidays per year.
Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be
eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4)
weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child
or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to
the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you
will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth,
adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver
of the child. Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of
pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of
approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if
