in PRO Implementation & Support provides executive leadership and
strategic oversight for the end-to-end delivery of complex programs
and projects spanning multiple business functions. This role is
accountable for optimizing resources, shaping business analysis and
risk management strategies, and driving stakeholder engagement at
the highest levels. The Director ensures all initiatives are fully
aligned with organizational priorities, fosters cross-functional
collaboration, and guarantees the consistent achievement of
high-impact results. The ideal candidate will bring outstanding
leadership, advanced analytical capabilities, and superior
executive communication skills, serving as strategic partner to
senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Job
Description: Key Responsibilities Provide strategic oversight for
program implementation and project management, ensuring initiatives
are aligned with organizational goals and priorities. Lead resource
management activities, including workforce planning, talent
development, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation to
maximize team effectiveness. Direct business analysis efforts,
translating complex business requirements into actionable plans and
driving operational improvements across functions. Manage
end-to-end project delivery, including documentation,
implementation, testing, and quality assurance, ensuring successful
execution of program objectives. Oversee risk management and
quality assurance processes, proactively identifying and mitigating
risks to ensure program success. Serve as the primary liaison with
senior stakeholders, facilitating communication, gathering
feedback, and cultivating long-term relationships. Develop and
execute comprehensive project and program plans, allocate resources
and budgets, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely
achievement of deliverables. Foster a collaborative, inclusive team
environment, promote knowledge sharing, and champion continuous
improvement across all areas of responsibility. Partner with senior
leadership in strategic planning, change management, annual budget
development, and identification of new business opportunities.
Proactively resolve program risks, resource challenges, and
conflicts, developing contingency plans to support organizational
resilience. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; advanced
degree preferred. 7 years professional experience and 5-10 years
experience in project and program management, resource
coordination, and business analysis. Proven track record of leading
geographically dispersed and multidisciplinary teams. Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic change, foster
collaboration, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment. Base salary range for this role: Pay Range Minimum:
150600 Pay Range Maximum: 201800 In addition to the listed salary
range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based
bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual
placement within the stated salary range will be determined based
on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well
