Job Description:

An exciting opportunity working with a well-known company! This position involves filing paperwork, stuffing/opening mail, and various tasks. Checking in customer files and sorting them when they arrive. An ability to handle multiple tasks at one time with efficiency & accuracy. Looking for someone self-motivated with high energy and the ability to work independently with little supervision. Detail oriented and strong organization skills is a must! Pulling files and scanning documents, so must be able to work in tight spaces, bend, reach and lift up to pounds. Basic computer knowledge and some skills testing required. Being flexible is a must, so must have great attendance and be dependable. This is a full time position and schedule is based on business needs.
