Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in-person
inquiries from members and providers. Information & Guidance:
Provide accurate details on membership benefits, policies, and
services. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve member
complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Administrative Tasks: Process applications, renewals, payments, and
cancellations; maintain accurate member records in the database.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to address
member concerns and improve service delivery. Retention &
Engagement: Assist in developing strategies to enhance member
satisfaction and loyalty. Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
