seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to
support our growing service operations. This is a fast-paced,
high-communication role centered on outbound customer contact, job
confirmations, quote follow-ups, and invoicing. The core mission of
this position is simple: no blind quotes and no unconfirmed service
visits. Every customer should know what work is happening, why it’s
needed, what it costs, and when it will occur. What You’ll Do Daily
Outbound Communication Make 30–40 quote follow-up calls per day.
Confirm details, answer questions, and help customers approve work.
Next-Day Service Confirmations Call customers scheduled for the
following day: ~50 general service jobs daily ~25 filter cleanings
and tune-ups daily Confirm: 1. They know the job is scheduled. 2.
What they are being charged. 3. What the job will solve or
diagnose. 4. Access to the property/equipment. 5. Any questions or
concerns. Coordination & Support Communicate timing updates between
customers and technicians. Assist with schedule changes and service
questions. Serve as backup to the customer service hub. Invoicing
Invoice all completed service jobs. Ensure accuracy and same-day
processing where possible Requirements: Required 2 years in
customer service, dispatch, or service coordination. Strong phone
communication skills. Ability to handle 100 outbound calls per day
. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced
environment. Preferred Experience in pool service, home services,
or trade industries. Familiarity with service or field management
software.
