Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A temporary
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12
school in Fort Worth, TX, covering a maternity leave assignment
through May 29, 2026. This role offers a combination of onsite work
with the flexibility to work from home one day per week, totaling
37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct
speech-language pathology services to K-12 students within the
school setting. Assess, diagnose, and treat students with
communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans aligned with school goals. Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student
progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
evaluations, treatments, and progress reports. Participate in
meetings and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working
as an SLP in a school environment, preferably K-12. Strong
understanding of educational guidelines and state regulations
related to speech therapy. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills for collaboration with educational teams.
Ability to manage caseload efficiently and flexibly adapt to the
school environment. Location: Fort Worth, Texas, onsite for most
days with one day per week remote work. This contract opportunity
