The College of Nursing offers a three-year Bachelor of Science in
Nursing degree program and flexible post-licensure programs, such
as the RN to BSN option, Master of Science in Nursing degree
program, Doctor of Nursing Practice degree program and graduate
certificates. The College of Health Professions also offers the
Master of Public Health, Master of Social Work and Master of
Physician Assistant Studies degree programs. We operate on a hybrid
schedule with four in-office days per week (Monday–Thursday). This
approach enhances creativity, innovation, communication, and
relationship-building, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work

future of nursing. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing from
an accredited institution Current, unencumbered professional nurse
licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum
of two years of recent clinical nursing experience Demonstrated
ability to teach and mentor students effectively; must be
experientially prepared to teach assigned courses Excellent
communication skills, sound judgment, and a high level of
initiative Must maintain current regulatory and practice
credentials, as applicable to the teaching assignment Compliance
with all clinical site requirements as outlined in the faculty
compliance packet Education and experience must align with state
regulations and accreditation standards Must comply with the rules
and regulations of state authorization agencies, including higher
education and/or licensing boards in multiple states, as applicable
Additional Information In support of the pay transparency laws
enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this
position is between $53,520.90 and $93,918.96. Actual pay will be
adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as
experience and training; geographic location; licensure and
certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and
