Employment What You’ll Do Lead classroom instruction using lesson
plans provided by the teacher Create a respectful and
well-organized learning environment Manage classroom behavior and
encourage student participation Supervise students during lunch,
recess, and transitions Assign and review classwork and homework
aligned with learning goals Record attendance and report concerns
to school staff Collaborate with school personnel to support
academic and behavioral outcomes For long-term roles, develop and
deliver your own lesson plans in alignment with curriculum Schedule
Availability: Monday through Friday Full Day: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Half Day: Between 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Depends
on grade level - 4 hour shift) Qualifications Associate's Degree or
60 Credit Hours (Required) 1 year of experience in a classroom or
childcare setting (preferred) Strong communication skills (verbal
and written) Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
Substitute Teacher Compensation (Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas):
Starting at $90-120/day (Based on level of education/teacher
