We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic high school coaches to join our dynamic team at Belle Fourche High School. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives through athletics. Position: High School Coach Location: Belle Fourche, SD Job Type: Part-time/Seasonal Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training programs for student-athletes in your designated sport. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team environment. - Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and sportsmanship. - Organize and conduct practices, games, and team meetings. - Collaborate with parents, faculty, and administration to promote the athletic program. - Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes during practices and competitions. - Monitor academic performance and encourage student-athletes to excel in their studies. Qualifications: - Previous coaching experience or a strong background in the sport you wish to coach. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes. - Knowledge of rules, regulations, and best practices in high school athletics. - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). - A commitment to fostering a positive and respectful team culture.
