POSITION OVERVIEW: The Club Manager is the partner that drives the
success for the Grapevine Golf Course. In addition to overseeing
the entire food & beverage outlet, the Club Manager will also
ensure a successful experience for all of our golfers enjoying this
premier course in Grapevine, Texas.
Ensure efficient restaurant operations through compliance with
applicable requirements, low margins on inventorial and

Hold team accountable to their areas of responsibility and ensure
consistent feedback is provided in a timely manner to ensure
expectations are met.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Directs day to day operations for golf course food and beverage
Works closely with Corporate Director of Food and Beverage to
ensure a successful operation.
Analyzes customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to
ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales
Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other
performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and
to determine areas needing cost reduction and program
Implements and manages all company programs to ensure compliance
with the SOPs and to include safety and sanitary regulations, all
federal, state, franchise, and local regulations to ensure optimal
levels of quality service and hospitality are provided to the
Assists with F&B training and compliance including Food and
Beverage certifications, Service Recovery, creating service "wow's"
and opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
