edits and implements project plans to manage the lifecycle and
operational aspects of projects (i.e., resources, scope, schedule,
cost, assumptions and dependencies). Manages work streams, prepares
status reports and interfaces with stakeholders to ensure strategy
and execution are aligned with defined objectives. Coordinates and
communicates the activities of project personnel with relevant
stakeholders to ensure progress within time and budget
constraints.Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
- Manages daily Correspondence Operations to include letter
template development, inventory and versioning controls, approval
governance, print vendor management, on-time project deliverables
within Agile framework, internal and external audit support, and
RCSA activities
- Manage project management deliverables for all assigned
projects from initiation thru closure, including intake
activities
- Acts as a key Subject Matter Expert for correspondence in the
development, design, and implementation of new business
applications and technologies that support the organization's
strategic and operational plans while maintaining effective
internal control and sound risk management practices.
- Drives/participates in the funding process, as appropriate
(i.e. presentations, cost-benefit analysis, business case)
- Leads and contributes to the development of project definition
and scope with applicable stakeholdersQualifications: To perform

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceWork Experience: 5-9
years in Auto or Financial Services Industry or in Customer Facing
Correspondence Development ; Business Operations Program Management
experience preferredSkills and Abilities:
- Ability to research, interpret, and incorporate industry and
other best practices into project management processes
- Ability to understand, apply, and articulate industry project
management principles, theories, and concepts
- Ability to identify risks and manage them, escalation when
necessary
- Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving
through both fluidly
- Demonstrated knowledge of project and portfolio management
tools (i.e. Clarity, Visio, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, HP
Exstream, Workfront, etc.)
- Knowledge in the use of project management, PMLC and SDLC
methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall,
