This role is within the Enterprise Group (EG) Segment. -Enterprise Group Advisors have regional or national presence, strong growth orientation, and complex business structure. -The Enterprise Operations Manager is a critical member of the Enterprise segment primarily focused on providing vital data and analytics to complex RIA firms. - As an Enterprise Operations Manager, you will utilize resources and reporting to identify and present opportunities to increase technology adoption, lower NIGO rate, reduce status calls, and improve client satisfaction. -What you are good at

Identifying trends and seeking to educate clients on ways to increase operational efficienciesUtilizing data and analytics to paint a picture and influence better outcomes for all stakeholdersRepresenting Schwab in presentations and daily interactions to employees of Enterprise home offices at all levelsActing as a point of contact to our service and sales partners for complex data requestsHandling sophisticated or out-of-the box requests and owning them through completionGenerating ongoing custom reporting for Enterprise firms to ensure consistency with a goal of exceeding stated service levelsCollaborating with peers to expand platform capabilities that lead to better outcomes for clients and scalability for the businessDemonstrating a high degree of accuracy with expanded approval and restriction empowermentProtecting client privacy while dealing with large-volume data projects Maintaining a strong band of communication between internal business partners, operational partners and leadershipDemonstrating superior understanding of features and benefits of Schwab tools, products, and services in order to encourage adoption and provide scale to the segmentWhat you have
FINRA Series 7 & 63 required. Series 9 and 10 licenses preferredAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)Minimum 2 years Advisor Services experience required involving in depth knowledge of Advisor Services policies, data sources, processes, digital products, services, as well as demonstrated knowledge of the brokerage industryExcellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to research complex work, problem solve, interact with individuals at various levels, and think on your feetEntrepreneurial self-starter and has a proven track record to deliver excellent client service and anticipate and resolve issues proactivelyWillingness to pivot and constantly shift focus based on needs of the entire team and segmentAbility to multi-task and handle a large quantity of information at once, while maintaining a high level of accuracySuperior communication, presentation, interpersonal, and listening skillsDemonstrated ability to prioritize business needs and manage time effectivelyAdvanced technical skills with team-orientation and serve as a resource for development of the team's effectivenessAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SalesForce
