Job SummaryAs a Principal Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams during day shifts without the need for travel.Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Provide expert guidance on data governance and data quality best practices to maintain the integrity and reliability of our data assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure that all Salesforce solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular assessments of existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Work closely with development teams to oversee the implementation of solutions and ensure they meet design specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and user expectations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.Qualifications
  • Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in data governance and data quality to ensure the integrity of data assets.
