Make a Difference.Cardiology Solutions Consultant Cath Lab RN/RTOverview of PositionThe Solution Consultant will serve as the clinical domain for Enterprise Imaging with a focus on cardiology toolsets and workflows to win the clinical vote.-- This position functions as the clinical expert primarily on pre-sales activities by providing detailed and comprehensive clinical support including in-depth workflow reviews and demonstrations. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Solution Consultants own the pre-sales demonstrations for growth and retention, tailoring demonstrations to customer needs as the clinical subject matter expert.--
• Provide presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects of our products after thorough discovery incorporating value statements and benefits to Physicians, Administrators, Clinical Staff, and C-Level Executives.--
• Understands how the client differentiates itself in markets and creates client value and how the CHNG portfolio can support/maximize their differentiation.
• Proactively and continually assesses, clarifies, and validates short-term needs and long-term sales and business unit needs to ensure client objectives.What are the requirements needed for this position?
  • Experience and/or education in at least one of the following:
    • Cardiovascular (Invasive and/or Non-invasive)
    • Professional license in the area of expertise of RN, RDMS, RCIS, RN, RNMT, RT, or similar experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with the PACS system. Cardiology in a hospital or vendor is required.-- Preferred experience utilizing CHNG products
    • Prefer a minimum three years in a software (preferably SaaS) sales/training/consulting and or leadership role that includes involvement in client interactions
    • Valid Driver's License and Passport requiredWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
      • Customer-centric with the ability to adjust plans and actions to meet changing market and/or customer needs
      • Ability to develop and deploy the strategy that drives customer partnership, revenue growth, and retention
      • Candidates need to possess the ability to impact and influence customers and partners with a high degree of autonomy, energy, flexibility, and the drive to create real and measurable business resultsWhat are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

          • Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
          • Travel: Current State: We are all working virtual now
          • Must have an Active US passport. Must be able to travel Nationwide, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and other International locations as needed
          • Travel is estimated to be 90% or more and must live in proximity to major airport/ 1 HR Max
