Pediatric Healthcare Connection is looking for an RN or LVN to work with a variety of medically fragile patients in the Conroe area. A great opportunity for some someone wanting to gain experience in home health!     • One-to-one nursing care in a home environment
    • Medication administration per physician orders
    • Physician ordered treatments for:
    • Nutrition via a feeding tube
    • Tracheostomy care
    • Suctioning nasal, oral and/or endotracheal
