--Our Medical/Surgical Orthopedics unit is a fast-paced environment

Medical/Surgical Orthopedics
Patient Population:--Surgical (orthopedic, neurosurgery,
colorectal, gynecological, urology, plastics, bariatrics, general
surgery, trauma), medical-cellulitis, SBO, AMS, GI, hospice,
diabetes.
Patient Ratios: 1:5
Number of Beds: 40 beds
Department Specifics: Diverse workforce, team oriented, strongly
promoted collaboration across all disciplines, self-scheduling,
Magnet Designated with active unit shared governance structure.
Shift: Full Time Nights: 7pm-7am

accredited in weight loss surgery, oncology, etc. The hospital was
recognized by U.S. News & World Report in its 2021-2022 "Best
Hospitals" ratings as high performing in the common procedures and
conditions category for stroke, heart failure, kidney failure and
COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). It was also
recognized by U.S. News & World Report as the only Tarrant County
