Your tasks include evaluating health, identifying issues, creating care plans, and tracking treatment responses. You will help patients navigate their healthcare safely. You will use knowledge of needs to prevent issues.What You'll DoPrioritizing patient and family needs is crucial. Responsibilities involve developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
