experienced RN for an Operating Room position in a trauma setting
requiring a TX or compact RN license and Epic EMR experience.
Responsibilities Position is based in a hospital Operating Room
with trauma cases Work schedule is Monday to Wednesday, 10:30 AM to
11:00 PM with PM shifts On-call participation is required Patient
assignment is 1 to 1 Uses Epic as the electronic medical record
system Hospital-provided navy scrubs are required Responsible for
delivering patient-centered care and coordinating treatment plans
in the OR trauma setting Collaboration within an interdisciplinary
team is expected Thorough assessment, care planning, and patient
safety advocacy are central responsibilities Suitability for this
position is dependent on prior employment history within the health
system; returning employees must be approved before hire Holiday
coverage may be required based on unit needs Requirements Active TX
or compact RN license required Current BLS certification required
Minimum of 2 years of OR experience required Trauma experience is
preferred Epic EMR experience is required Must provide two
professional references for consideration Must comply with a
50-mile radius rule; no local travelers will be considered Flu
vaccination is mandatory during flu season without exemptions
