Therapist Company: Driscoll Children’s Hospital Location: Corpus
Christi, TX Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday. This
position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Experienced physical therapists and new graduates with pediatric
rotation experience are encouraged to apply! Graduates may
interview for our roles prior to completing and passing their exam.
Licensure is required to begin orientation. As a Physical Therapist
at Driscoll Children’s Hospital, you’ll play a key role in helping
infants and children reach their developmental milestones and
improve functional mobility through evidence-based, goal-oriented
care. In this outpatient pediatric setting, you’ll assess patients
using appropriate evaluation tools, develop individualized and
measurable treatment plans, and provide compassionate education to
patients and families. You’ll treat a wide range of conditions—from
torticollis and clubfoot to cardiac and neuromuscular
disorders—while collaborating closely with physicians and
interdisciplinary teams. This role also includes conducting
orthopedic assessments, recommending orthotics or equipment, and
ensuring families are confident in home exercise programs. You’ll
help maintain high standards of care through timely documentation,
consistent productivity, and participation in departmental and
quality initiatives. Flexibility is essential, as this position may
include family-friendly hours, floating between care settings, and
occasional community visits. You’ll also contribute to education
efforts by providing in-services and supporting outreach efforts
within the hospital and the broader community. Education
Requirement Bachelors degree or higher in Physical Therapy
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current Texas Licensure as a
Physical Therapist Current CPR certification (or obtained within 90
