Assess and monitor patients’ respiratory conditions to identify treatment requirements. Implement and manage individualized patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Operate and maintain various types of respiratory care equipment. Educate patients and families about respiratory treatments and maintenance plans. Participate in emergency care and respiratory care protocols. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Proficient in using respiratory care equipment and instruments. Ability to analyze complex clinical situations and make appropriate decisions. Strong collaboration and communication skills with healthcare professionals. Excellent patient management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Active state license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
