Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff for optimal outcomes. Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols. Support a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery. Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback. Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes. Document patient care activities and surgical procedures accurately. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures at all times. Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies. Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license in Texas with experience in operating room settings. Proven ability to assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Strong collaboration skills with surgeons and medical staff. Experience maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to safety protocols. Ability to monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery. Experience in documenting patient care activities accurately. Willingness to engage in team meetings for patient care strategies.
