Job Description Job Description Office job - Monday thru Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM. Our office is located in Waxahachie, Tx. There is no direct patient contact in this office. At Total Care 2 U, we see patients via telemedicine and in-home visits. These appointments are carried out by our team members that work out in the field. In this position, the nurse will work closely and in office with Doctors & Practitioners. Job duties include: sending out orders, reviewing labs, ordering medications, and patient education. The nurse will communicate closely with home health companies and other health care providers to provide the highest quality of care for our patients. This is a highly Patient Care/Customer Service focused position. We love our patients and want to provide them with the best care and experience possible Key Success Factors: Must be comfortable speaking with patients on the phone all day long.
