Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract CT Technologist (Radiologic Technologist – CT) Facility: Chase County Community Hospital Location: Imperial Position Type: Permanent Placement Department: Radiology – CT Open Positions: 1 About the Facility Chase County Community Hospital is a 15-bed Critical Access Hospital providing essential healthcare services to the Imperial, Nebraska community. The radiology department is a small, collaborative team of three technologists who work closely together to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated CT Technologist (Radiologic Technologist – CT) for a full-time permanent opportunity. This role offers a consistent 40-hour workweek with shared call and holiday rotations. Compensation & Benefits - Annual Gross Salary: $95,160 - Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 (paid within 90 days of employment) - Relocation Assistance: Not available - Placement Type: Permanent Schedule & Call Requirements - 40 hours per week - Currently four (4) 10-hour shifts per week - May transition to five (5) 8-hour shifts - On-Call Requirements: - 1–2 nights per week - Every third weekend - Weekend Rotation: Every third weekend (on call) - Holiday Rotation: Shared rotation with department staff - Call-Off Policy: Must notify at least 2 hours prior to shift start time QualificationsRequired Licensure & Certifications - Current Nebraska Radiography License - Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification - CPR Certification Education - Associate’s Degree required Experience - No minimum experience required Department Details - Unit Type: Radiology / CT - Facility Size: 15-bed Critical Access Hospital - Department Staffing: 3 technologists - Charting System: Cerner - Unit Specifics: None Workplace Guidelines - Scrub Color: No preference - Jewelry/Body Adornment: Allowed within reason - Vaccine Requirement: Flu vaccine required (or mask worn during flu season) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
