Nurse Practitioner | Occupational Medicine Location: Fort Worth,

your career. Monday - Thursday 9 am - 3 pm 10 - 15 patients per day
Outpatient occupational medicine clinic DOT examinations primary
focus Workers' compensation cases Permanent provider resignation
coverage Adult patients only Substance abuse and respirator testing
