As part of our dedicated team, we are looking to hire a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Assistant who will support our mission by assisting Speech Language Pathologists in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders in children. The successful candidate will work directly under the supervision of licensed Speech Language Pathologists to execute therapeutic plans and monitor patient progress in a home health setting. Assist Speech Language Pathologists in developing and implementing treatment plans for children with speech, voice, fluency, and language disorders. Record and document patient progress and therapy outcomes. Prepare therapy sessions materials and ensure all necessary equipment is available and functioning. Engage with children during therapy sessions to help implement therapeutic practices under supervision. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care. Educate family members about treatment plans and ways to support patient progress at home. Strong understanding of speech-language pathology assistant practices Ability to work compassionately with pediatric patients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in record-keeping and patient documentation Capability to work under supervision and as a part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant where required CPR certification preferred
