Job Description:
U.S. Renal Care, a leader in kidney disease care, is looking for
a Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources & Talent Management
department. As a key contributor, you will participate in enhancing
our employee healthcare benefits programs, providing high-quality
care and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will
work in a collaborative and empowering environment, committed to
integrity and excellence. Ideally, candidates will have experience
in benefits analysis within the healthcare sector, possess strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, and hold a BA/BS degree. The
position offers opportunities for professional growth in a culture
valuing teamwork and outcomes. Conduct comprehensive analysis and
management of health benefits plans. Collaborate with Human
Resources to resolve employee queries related to benefits. Monitor
and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in
benefits management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare
benefits trends and practices. Assist in the development and
implementation of new benefits systems and processes. Data analysis
