This position busses tables in the dining room when guests depart from the location as well as other cleaning duties. This position may also wash dishes and prepare or prep food when needed for the business day which may include cutting, portioning, and packaging. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and meet all physical requirements of the position. They must understand the job duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, working in close quarters, working in extreme heat and cold as they transition from the walk-in to the cook line, taking trash, and other cleaning work that will require them to lift up to 30 pounds.Working with mechanized cutting, slicing, and mixing equipment and hot cooking appliances such as ovens, ranges, and steamers. This position may work in hot, close quarters for extended periods, with occasional entrance to refrigerated storage areas. This position requires employees to lift up to 30 pounds with frequent bending, stooping, and twisting. He/She works the entire shift on their feet so the ability to stand 100% during the entire shift is required.
