Manager , you will assist in leading the successful launch and
ongoing operations of multiple dining accounts within the Education
sector. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership
to create exceptional dining experiences that consistently meet and
exceed client expectations. You will be one of the driving forces
behind operational excellence, client engagement, and culinary
innovation, ensuring every detail reflects superior quality and
service. You will help oversee a large, dynamic team that includes
multiple Directors of Dining Services and Executive Chefs , as well
as professionals in marketing, finance, HR, communications, and
dietitics . This strong, collaborative team will work together to
bring this new account to life. Your leadership will foster a
culture of teamwork, creativity, and accountability as you guide
the team in delivering outstanding results. From menu development
to service execution, you will set the standard for excellence
while driving performance and customer satisfaction across the
district. Key Responsibilities: Monitors the overall financial
performance of the accounts to ensure profitability Ensures
consistent and fair administration of personnel policies Manages
planning, budget analysis and reporting for the region Participates
in the sales process to grow the region Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and minimum of three (3) years of management
experience, preferably in foodservice, hospitality management,
nutrition or culinary. Is well-versed in all aspects of foodservice
management with a proven track record of success Has proven track
record of leading a business and a team, strong customer service,
and good business and financial acumen Demonstrates strong
initiative, critical thinking, ownership, communications
(listening, written, and verbal), multi-tasking, prioritization,
and organization skills Champions the inclusion mindset, and is
proactive, positive, professional, and resilient Excellent computer
skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and POS software
