- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of ERP systems and implementation
- Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Navision ERP system
- Experience in employee education techniques and organizing training analysis
- Direct technical training experience in software products, applications, and/or services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (teams, PowerPoint)
- Ability to operate computer hardware
