Job Description:
Hire Up Staffing Services is growing fast and we are looking to
add more recruiting talent to our Grapevine (we call our Dallas)
branch! THIS JOB IS NOT REMOTE We have an incentive for all
Recruiters and Account Managers who are billing over a certain
number a week in temp GP they may take advantage of a hybrid
schedule. They may come into the office only 3 days and week & work
remote 2 days a week. However, this is only available after someone
has built up the amount of candidates that they have placed or jobs
that they have filled.We live in an industry where we are helping
find people for our employers to go do jobs and 95% of jobs have to
be done IN-PERSON. So we feel it's important to represent to our
customers and the people that we are helping in their career that
we are in-office, working together in-person, NOT REMOTE everyday.
We have a very strong TEAM and FUN culture that is hard to grow
when you're only interacting with co-workers over a computer

experience! Someone with a strong recruiting, ideally 3rd party
staffing and inside/outside sales experience who is passionate

finding our clients great candidates. If you don't move fast or
aren't a person who self challenges yourself to be the quickest and

Recruiter will be focused on attracting and acquiring local talent
(people looking for their next forever job), providing exceptional
service to our clients and our candidates; establishing
relationships with professional in our community and developing
proactive candidate searches. To accomplish this, you will need an
innovative mindset, the ability to build trusting relationships,
adaptability, and a sense of humor.Prior staffing service
experience is a must! A strong sales, account management or high
deadline/pressure administrative background would be wonderful too.
Ideally someone who already has a niche for the Dallas / Fort Worth
market in a staffing capacity would excel the quickest in this
position.Success is all based off of personal drive and dedication
to goals. The position has a salary depending on prior sales or
staffing experience (usually between $45k-$55k), plus commission
potential and bonus potential with winning one of the many company
contests. First year in this position the commission and bonus
potential is well over an additional $5k-$10k+ on your annual
salary. Your success is based on your sales and the sky is the
limit!Company pays 80% of the premium for medical, dental and life
insurance policy for the employee and 50% for their dependents.
Voluntary benefits available for cancer care plan, additional life
insurance, additional dental and accident insurance.Minimum
Requirements to apply are:2+ years of staffing or recruitment
experience working with multiple customersHigh typing
speedComfortable in working at a desk in the staffing for 75% of
the work weekTeam player to assist with all areas of an office as
needed for coverage (answering phones, helping people on the front
desk, etc)Professional appearance and dress attireLongevity at each
work site, being a minimum of 2 years with each
employerProfessional personal brand on-line and through all social
media outletsComputer and internet savvySomeone who makes a lasting
impression with everyone that they meetPrior staffing service
experience is idealThe sky is the limit here and we create a fun
