Responsibilities
The Software Engineering Manager leads a team of engineers, managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and scalable software development. You will define product strategy, promote best practices, own the technical architecture, and invest in continuous improvement. As a people manager, you will grow your team's skills, celebrate successes, and foster collaboration. Your role is to inspire and enable the team by removing impediments and focusing on strategic direction. Key duties include:

• Leading the development of modern applications, platforms, and services.
  
• Planning and executing budgets, resources, and tools.
  
• Establishing learning plans for team growth.
  
• Promoting innovation and team engagement.
  
• Defining and using metrics to improve processes and products.
  
• Removing impediments and guiding the team.
  
• Reviewing test plans and results.
  
• Building relationships with Business Operations partners.
  
• Performing other duties as assigned.
  
  Qualifications
  The ideal candidate has extensive experience in software development, architecture, and team leadership, with knowledge of business processes, IT systems, and regulatory landscape. Skills include leadership through influence, strategic planning, and technical expertise in various technologies, cloud platforms, and programming languages. Education requirements include a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, with 8-10 years of experience in software development and leadership roles. Proficiency in C#, cloud integration (Azure preferred), and experience with Salesforce are advantageous.
