Job Description:
At Lockheed Martin, as a Senior Staff A/AI Machine Learning
Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and
integrating advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning
technologies into next-generation aerospace, defense, and security
systems. This role involves spearheading initiatives to enhance our
capabilities in autonomous systems, predictive maintenance, and
intelligent decision-making tools. Your work will directly
contribute to preserving national security and innovating future
technology solutions adherent to the highest standards of
excellence and ethical conduct cherished by Lockheed Martin.
Design, develop and deploy advanced machine learning algorithms
tailored for large-scale data sets and real-time systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions
into various defense and aerospace systems. Conduct rigorous
testing and validation of AI models to ensure performance, safety,
and reliability standards. Stay abreast of industry trends and new
technologies in AI/ML to continuously improve our solutions. Mentor
junior engineers and lead projects to ensure deliverables are met
with high-quality standards. Proficiency in Python, R, or similar
programming languages. Experience with machine learning frameworks
such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong understanding of robotic
systems, sensor fusion, and computer vision. Excellent analytical
and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in
collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in
TensorFlow or PyTorch is highly desirable. PMP Certification for
project management excellence. Security Clearance level appropriate
for defense-related projects.
