Job Description:
At GEICO, renowned for innovation in the auto insurance realm,
we are seeking a Commercial IA Support Agent to enhance client
support for our insurance products. This role focuses on utilizing
interactive tools and technologies to provide exceptional service
and assistance to our commercial insurance clientele. Ideal
candidates will possess strong technical skills, a passion for
service excellence, and a commitment to maintaining GEICO's
standards of customer satisfaction. Operate as the first point of
contact for client inquiries regarding commercial insurance
products. Utilize interactive applications to register customer
queries, document solutions, and manage client data. Work closely
with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support tools and
platforms. Communicate effectively client feedback to technical and
product teams to further product innovation. Provide detailed case
management reporting and track customer satisfaction metrics.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle
multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience with
data-driven reporting and case management software Knowledge of
commercial insurance policies and procedures Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Customer
Service Certification (e.g., Certified Customer Service
Professional CCSP) Optional but beneficial: Certification in
Insurance (CII or equivalent)
