us! Job Description: This job is responsible for maximizing the
value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include
working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with
product managers or specialists to ensure they are aligning on
priorities, communicating the product vision and roadmap to
stakeholders and the team, and driving user adoption. Job
expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client
expectations, including features, security, availability,
resiliency, timelines and costs. Product Owner will work closely
with Business units, subject matter experts and technical resources
to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Responsible for combining business and technology skills with
strong leadership, communication, negotiation, facilitation,
adaptation, and presentation skills. Serves as the ultimate
facilitator between Business and IT in truly understanding the
business's needs and plays a key role in the overall management and
success of a project through the entire project lifecycle. This
position has strong partnership with Project Managers, Business
Stakeholders, and IT interfacing groups and may also be called upon
to lead other IT project work based on changing project demands.
Responsibilities: Generates the vision and roadmap for the product
to align with strategic direction for the business or technology
domain Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders
and the team, and drives user adoption Collaborates with
stakeholders to understand their needs, problems, and aligns them
on priorities Prioritizes and creates work for multiple teams and
works with cross-functional teams Creates, prioritizes and refines
stories in the product backlog Reviews and accepts stories and
makes decisions regarding scope and requirements Partners with the
team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology
and through subject-matter expertise of the business Required
Qualifications: 10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product
Manager, or related role. Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum
environments. Act as the first line translator of business intent
(“the what and why”) into actionable requirements aligned to the
Next Generation Erica vision across multiple workstreams and
channels Partner closely with the Business Sponsor, Technology
Manager, and Architects to define features, capabilities, and
roadmaps that align with Digital strategy and priorities Active
participant in discovery sessions and design sessions and
responsible for decomposition of work to ensure requirements are
business-relevant and aligned with business expectations
Collaborate with Business Product Managers in alignment with
Program Increment Planning and Sprint Objectives Support multiple
agile teams by clarifying requirements, identifying
interdependencies, and ensuring consistent business alignment
across workstreams Actively participate in out of sprint planning
to set multiple agile teams up for success, ensuring consistent
business alignment Manage and track cross team requirement and
requirement dependencies across digital channels (Erica,
EricaAssist, Mobile App, Online Banking, IVR, Financial Center,
Contact Center, etc.) Ensure traceability and transparency of
business objectives through to delivered functionality Translate
architectural guidance into practical delivery requirements for
agile teams (participate in design reviews to confirm business
intent is preserved in solution execution) Facilitate Inspect &
Adapt sessions with LOB and revise Deliverables/Epics Prepare key
details and actively participate with providing updates/status
reports in Portfolio Execution meeting Ability to Identify and
manage internal / external risks for project Knowledge of Agile
Project Management tools like JIRA Desired Qualifications: Strong
understanding of digital platforms, conversational AI, and
intelligence virtual assistant technologies preferred. Good
knowledge on Agile Lean Software Delivery Life Cycle and/or
iterative development life cycles. Ability to work in a high paced
work environment Proactive mindset Ability to interpret and
translate architectural diagrams, business wireframes, and
experience blueprint (XD) visuals into actionable product
