Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join our growing practice.
The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and
confident in guiding individuals and families through estate
planning decisions with care and clarity. This role offers the
opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while working
in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills,
trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and
related instruments Advise clients on estate planning strategies
tailored to their family, financial, and tax considerations Conduct
client consultations and clearly explain legal options and
implications Handle probate and trust administration matters as
needed Maintain accurate and timely client files and documentation
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to
deliver exceptional client service Stay current on changes in
estate planning, probate, and tax law Qualifications Juris Doctor
(JD) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law
in TX Minimum 10 years of experience in estate planning and/or
probate (preferred) Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
manage a caseload independently while contributing to a team
environment Client-focused mindset with a high level of
