Our professionally trained Sales Consultants currently earn an average of $8,500/month selling an average of 12 units/month.


Paid training for the first two weeks at $15/hr.

Daily Job Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant interacts with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while providing an exceptional customer experience is key. With your outstanding communication and listening skills, you’ll help our customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and close the deal. Our Sales Consultants provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.

 What are the requirements for this job?

  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow up timely with customers
  • Desire to work with technology
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Must enjoy talking with people
  • Ability to understand and work in a retail environment.
  • High school diploma preferred but not required

How will I be paid? Will I receive training?

As a Sales Consultant, you’re able to start working on our competitive commission pay plan right away! Throughout your career, we’ll provide you with the hands-on, digital and classroom training you need to grow and advance while also empowering you to build your book of business and close deals like the expert you already are.  Our compensation plans are driven by both the sale of a car or the purchase of a vehicle for inventory.
