The primary purpose of the Area Talent Acquisition Specialist
-Field is to support Atrium property leadership by providing
coordinated recruitment strategy, sourcing, consultation, and
recruitment systems guidance to attract top talent across the
organization, with a primary focus on critical non-exempt positions
within the area.
The Area Talent Acquisition Specialist will be tasked with the
following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
-Create and maintain recruitment strategies for internal and
external candidate pools within area.
-In coordination with property HR, implement strategy to actively
source each non-exempt open position
-Creatively source and attract passive and active candidates for
open positions through a variety of channels to include but not
limited to job boards, social media resources, hiring events, and
-Develop a network of industry contacts to share talent, market
intelligence and share best practice recruiting methodology.
-Lead focused, inclusive recruitment efforts in area markets
Full Cycle Recruitment
-Lead all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting for key property
roles within Atrium Talent Acquisition parameters.
-Partner with the Area Director, Human Resources, and property
leadership to create a positive candidate experience.
-Communicate timely with candidates, host engaging interviews, and
complete detail orientated follow through.
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and executive presence
throughout the candidate's experience.
-Interpret and leverage talent acquisition analytics to predict
effective sourcing strategies, identify areas of focus and process
inefficiencies for correction.
-Apply behavior and competency-based interview techniques to assess
for knowledge, relevant skill sets and cultural fit.
-Affectively manage the applicant tracking system and
-Help maintain affirmative action reporting.
-Prepare and provide talent acquisition key performance metrics as
-Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment
-Foster and represent Atrium's Core Values and culture through
effective application of policies and procedures.
-In partnership with Area and Corporate leadership, responsible for
training the ATS processes and sourcing strategy used by talent
acquisition steak holders.
-Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose
of the position.
