Customer Account RepresentativeLocation: GrapevineHours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to assist a busy retail lumber and flooring client located in Grapevine. Ideal candidate is someone who truly enjoys assisting others, friendly and helpful and someone who goes out of their way to help others. Client is willing to train the right person!

What You Will Do in This Role: Handle all aspects of inside sales and customer service for appliances windows Answer phones, take and enter orders Coordinate installation of appliance and communicate with installers Assist customers with problems as needed, as well as assist the outside sales force Enter window and appliance orders and complete quotes and files Maintain current pricing and update information regarding appliances and windowsWhat You Will Need to be Successful: Strong telephone customer service skills Ability to enter sales orders a huge plus Typing 40 wpm, filing, data entry, 10 key by touch Working knowledge of personal computers and word processing programs Ability to handle multi-line phones Some customer service experience useful, but not required Pass drug screeningCompany Profile Established builder supply chain Established in 1988 Voted Builder s Best Choice Award Works with residential home builders Stability and growth Large customer base 4200 builder and remodeling customersWhy Apply Weekly pay periods Gain incredible customer service skills Direct Deposit offered Health Insurance offered A company growth and quality of product Fast paced work environment Opportunity to work directly with the community
