Referrals ProgramWhat You'll Do:Taking incoming calls from
prospective clients or customers and setting appointments for a
sales representative to meet with everyone.Making outgoing calls to
people who have expressed interest through websites, email, direct
mail flyers, or automated dialers.Follow prescribed methods and
techniques.Encoding or entry of data.Communicate effectively with
customers to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.Other duties
as assigned.What You'll Bring:Extreme time management and

for occasional after hours on call and emergency responseStrong
communication skills (written and verbal)Energetic and enthusiastic
personality, with a patient and calming mannerProficiency in MS

Requirements:While performing the job duties, the employee is
occasionally required to move around, sit, use hands to finger,
handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and
arms, and talk and hear. In addition, the employee must
occasionally lift and/or move up to25 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by the job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the
ability to adjust focus.Work Environment:Work is performed in a
hybrid home/office setting.You will be assigned days to be at home
and days in the office. While in the office, the noise level is
moderate. While at home, it's required to have stable internet and
a quiet environment.Work Hours:4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
Official workdays are to be reviewed during training.Shifts runs: 8
am-5 pm and 10 am-7 pm M-F and 9 am-6 pm Sat/Sun.Computer
Operations:To perform this job successfully, an individual should
have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and the ability
to learn and effectively use software applications such as
Salesforce and other applications used to perform job
duties.Payroll Schedule:Regular Payroll schedule:Bi-weeklyPaid
every other FridayDress Code:During business hours, it is expected
to present a clean and neat appearance. Therefore, the dress code
for this position is business casual.You will be asked to return
home without pay to change if your appearance is not
acceptable.Time Off:Vacation and personal days must be submitted
and approved through the system no less than two weeks before the
date requested. Please see the handbook for more detailsIf you are
