This Grapevine, Texas Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available for a short-term opportunity.How you will make an impact- Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence- Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion- Manage incoming telephone calls- By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research- Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills- Customer service experience- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications- A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applicationsWe are looking for a service 'champion' who knows how to go the extra mile for individual customers and strives to deliver personalized, quality service in every interaction.
