Job Description Job Description LHH is currently recruiting for
an experienced Marketing Director for a remote opportunity with our
client. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on
executor with a proven track record in the EdTech industry,
preferably within K-12. The successful candidate will be
responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing
strategies, driving brand growth, and overseeing campaign execution
from concept to completion. Strong HubSpot expertise is essential.
This role is remote with quarterly travel for candidates in the
United States. Responsibilities: · Develop, implement, and manage
integrated marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and
retention across digital channels. · Lead the execution of
multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, content
marketing, and paid advertising. · Leverage HubSpot for campaign
automation, CRM management, analytics, and lead nurturing. ·
Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and
optimize strategies for maximum impact. · Collaborate
cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
to align marketing initiatives with business goals. · Stay ahead of
EdTech industry trends to ensure marketing strategies are
innovative and relevant. · Manage and mentor a distributed
marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and
accountability. · Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships,
and external partnerships. · Lead and coordinate external
contractors and freelance partners, ensuring high-quality
deliverables, clear communication, and alignment with overall
marketing strategy. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's
preferred. · Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience ·
Proven success in the EdTech industry, preferably K-12. ·
Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot, including campaign
management, CRM, reporting, and automation. · Strong strategic
planning and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to
execution. · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
abilities. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in

consideration. Compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to
$150,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefit offerings for

plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid
