Description:Working with general supervision, the Analyst, Security is responsible for monitoring and maintaining data and platform confidentiality, integrity and availability in an enterprise environment.-- - This position interacts with a manager daily, to receive guidance and feedback.-- - Many non-routine activities will require manager's advanced approval. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGuide the business' information security best practicesMonitor and respond to security incidents and eventsDesign and develop automated analysis capabilitiesReview and prioritize discovered vulnerabilities and assist in remediation effortsConduct hands on assessments of mobile and web applications, internal systems, and softwareResolve basic issues related to area of expertise as they occurCollaborate with team members across ITParticipate in IT service management processesREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree with a regionally accredited program or 5+ years relevant work experience2+ years of related experience or 5+ years for educational equivalencyMust be available to work after hours and weekends as neededMust participate in an "on-call"-- - rotation and accept calls after hours and on weekends in order to respond to the needs of a 24x7 support environmentMust work well on a highly collaborative team ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEProgramming (Python and/or PowerShell)Analysis experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), on threat hunting team, or in incident responseRed team, penetration testing, or vulnerability management experience
