Job Description:
At BJ's Wholesale Club, a prominent leader in the
membership-only retail sector in the eastern United States, we're
looking for a dynamic Retail Supervisor & Sales Hiring Event
Coordinator. This role requires an individual adept in managing
retail operations and coordinating high-volume hiring events. The
ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of our retail floor
while simultaneously driving our recruitment events, aligning with
BJs commitment to offer superior products at competitive prices.
Oversee daily retail operations and ensure compliance with company
standards. Plan and execute large-scale hiring events including
logistics, advertising, and applicant vetting. Train and develop
retail staff to enhance sales effectiveness and customer service.
Report on retail performance metrics and hiring event outcomes to
senior management. Collaborate with marketing to promote hiring
events and retail promotions. Maintain inventory accuracy and store
presentation standards. Strong leadership and team management
abilities. Proficient in managing recruitment events and retail
operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with HR and retail software systems. Ability to handle
multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure. Medical Insurance

management or event planning preferred but not required.
